As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the governance and operations of Yayasan Penang Free School, we are currently seeking a reputable and experienced Company Secretary (CoSec) to serve as the secretariat for the Yayasan.

We are reaching out to invite recommendations or referrals of any qualified CoSec firms whom you believe would be a good fit for this important role.

Interested parties will be issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) outlining the scope of work and responsibilities involved.
